The Jack Antonio Project was formed on Wednesday, Oct. 19th at approximately 12:46 p.m. The result of someone fed up with the way this world is going and wanting answers and change. Instead of using the standard means of self-expression, comedy is the avenue of choice. Jack is a somewhat confused but also outspoken individual. His music is raw and simplistic and almost "bad" on purpose to capture your attention. Influenced by singer Tom Waits & songwriter Daniel Johnston, "Jack Antonio" brings a fresh and original approach to song writing. Its raw and honest, with strong moral messages and high levels of wit and intelligence. There are also strong northern references and themes in the lyrics as Jack resides in Canada's Arctic!
 
2012 will be an important time for The Jack Antonio Project with many songs to release and he is hopeful of tours too. Prior to that, he has made available ‘It’s Friggin Christmas’, a special selection of 3 new Christmas tunes, which are on sale from itunes and with all proceeds going to UNICEF. The 3 track EP consists of It’s Friggin Christmas, Santa Came to my Town Last Night and Stuff the Turkey. A T-shirt is also available from the reverb nation store. This ep got international radio play on about 12 different internet radio stations in spite of its quality and has enabled Jack to get a foothold in the business as a legit recording artist based on these contacts. 

This has led to the more recent  four song ep about Canadian politics entitled "The Moose is Loose" which consists of  The Moose Is Loose, Sleeping Dogs Lie, Three Legged Coyote, and I need Help. These are tracks that have been professionally mastered and are ready for any and all airplay!

 

Plans are also in the works to record a full length album consisting of 8 songs in the near future. In the meantime, THE MOOSE IS LOOSE!
